You will then move to the Pignasecca market – one of the biggest of the historical centre – where vendors like to interact with customers and make jokes.

Not far from the market the pizzaiolo will be waiting for you to start the pizza cooking class: from the pizza dough stretching to the selection of ingredients – mozzarella, basil, oil and the guaranteed tomato sauce – you will be taught how to make the perfect pizza. Be ready to cook your pizza in a real wood-burning oven and enjoy your own creation!
