Learn how to cook a famous Central Asian dish in our experiential plov-cooking tour! Begin your journey by gathering ingredients in a cozy local market. You will get tips on how to choose the ingredients and bargain like a true Central Asian. Afterward, we will join the local family where you will put your hands on the whole cooking process. You will properly cut and send all ingredients to the cauldron under the guidance of your plov instructor. And finally, you will enjoy your culinary masterpiece under the legends and stories related to plov!
