The landscapes on the way to Merzouga are impressive and to reach our destination we will have to cross the High Atlas mountains through the Tizi n'Tichka pass.

we head towards the dunes of Merzouga for an unforgettable walk in the desert. You return aboard your minibus along the famous road from the 1000 Kasbahs' to Tinghir. We passed through the oasis to the immense canyon of Todra.

The third day we will get up early to enjoy the sunrise in the dunes of Erg Chebbi and then return to breakfast at the bivouac. After breakfast we will return to the hotel to take a shower and leave for Ouarzazate.

Itinerary

Day 1: Day 1: Marrakech -Telouat - Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Tinghir:

Stop At: Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou, Douar Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou 45000 Morocco
After picking up at your hotel we will go to the starting point located in the center of the city; later we took route to Merzouga leaving Marrakech behind. The landscapes on the way to Merzouga are impressive and to reach our destination we will have to cross the High Atlas mountains through the Tizi n'Tichka pass. Our first stop will be in the Kasbah of Ait Ben Hadou, one of the sites recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. the Kasbah was also the place where several famous Hollywood movies were filmed, such as '' Gladiator '', '' Lawrence of Arabia '' and other films. We will have lunch in the Kasbah before continuing to Ouarzazate, known as the "Door of the desert." Then we continue through the valley of Roses city of Tinghir where we will spend the first night in the hotel

Day 2: Day 2: Tinghir - Todra gorges - Erfoud - Merzouga - Erg Chebbi dunes

Stop At: Todgha Gorge, R 703 near the town of Tinerhir, Tinerhir 45520 Morocco
from Tinghir where you can enjoy a walk along Todgha River Banks visiting Berber Villages and Ksours and end up in the impressive landscapes of huge cliffs of Todgha gorges. Lunch at leisure in the Gorges before you continue to Merzouga

Stop At: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
Upon arrival at Erg Chebbi, meet your camel caravan where the road ends and ride your camel and drive over the color changing sand dunes to watch one of the most dramatic sunsets ever. Drive back to your Sahara desert camp where a well deserved Moroccan dinner will be served under the stars next to the camp fire while entertained by the local nomads playing their drums, and the near by dunes expose a great display od shooting stars and crystal clear constellations.
