In the day time boat will cruise through the lake and experience the backwaters. Next day checkout from houseboat by 9 am, if interested visit Alleppey beach and then  come to Cochin (by car) do sight seeing  visit Santa Cruz Basilica, St Francis Church, Fort Kochi, Chinese fishing nets, Mattancherry Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jew street etc and drop  at Hotel / Airport according to your requirement.

Day 1: Cochin to Alleppey

Stop At: Alleppey Backwaters, Alappuzha India
Cruise through Vembanad Lake
Duration: 5 hours

Pass By: Kuttanad, Kuttanad, Alappuzha District, Kerala
See Paddy fileds, one of the few places in the world where farming is carried on around 1.2 to 3.0 metres (4 to 10 ft) below sea level

Day 2: Alleppey to Cochin

Stop At: Alappuzha Beach, Alleppey, Alappuzha 688007 India
Visit Alleppey beach and it has an old pier which extend to sea is over 150 years old
