Explore the sites around the square with opportunities to take some amazing pictures. Then, venture northward to the Tian’anmen Rostrum guarded by the enormous and portrait of Mao for all to see and what has universally been photographed all over the world.
Next, heading to the magnificent Forbidden City, the largest Imperial Palace in the world. You’ll spend a couple of hours wandering around this amazing example of Imperial architecture and learning about the history of the palace. The whole morning tour will be around 2 hours.

After lunch, you will visit the classic and historic Hutong alleys by riding a rickshaw. In Beijing, hutongs are alleys formed by lines of siheyuan, traditional courtyard residences. Many neighbourhoods were formed by joining one siheyuan to another to form a hutong, and then joining one hutong to another. The word hutong is also used to refer to such neighbourhoods.
At the end, you will visit Temple of Heaven, it is an imperial complex of religious buildings situated in the southeastern part of central Beijing.
