Spend unforgettable time in Cairo and enjoy visiting the Great Pyramids of Giza, the ancient site of Sakkara and the ruins of the first capital of Egypt, Memphis. The Giza Plateau has more than nine pyramids, however, three of them only are the most visited, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, Pyramid of Khafre and the small Pyramid of Menkaure.

Saqqara is one of the richest archaeological sites in Cairo, as it had been the royal necropolis of the ancient Egyptian kings till the New Kingdom, tourists who are going to visit this site will have the chance to see the Step Pyramid of King Zoser, Pyramids Of King Teti and one of the tombs dates back to Old Kingdom.

Memphis is the first capital for Egypt in the ancient Egyptian history. It had been published as the sole capital for the entire Egyptian kingdom by king Narmer, who managed to unify the two people of Egypt and kill the king of the northern kingdom after one of the memorable battels between the South and North.

Morning time, at 08:00 AM, you will be met by our tour guide, who will accompany you in such awe-inspiring half day tour to one of the ancient world’s wonders, the Great Pyramids of Giza. The Pyramids had been originally constructed to act like the Royal necropolis for the kings of the fourth dynasty from the old kingdom in the ancient Egyptian history. There are three pyramids in the area, the pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) or the great pyramid, the pyramid of Khafre and the smaller pyramid of Menkaure.

Our next visit of the day will be to the ancient site of Sakkara, where we will have the chance to visit the Step Pyramid of king Djoser, the first proper pyramid to ever be constructed in Egypt in the 3rd dynasty. The step pyramid is considered to be one of the most important landmarks of pyramids construction in Egypt.

The last stop of the day will be to Memphis, the first capital of unified Egypt. The city served as the seat of the government until the old kingdom. However, all the displayed exhibited in the open-air museum we will explore today belong to the New Kingdom with the highlights being the amazing Colossi of the well-known king, Ramses II, the alabaster sphinx, and many other statues and items.

After the tour, we will transfer you again to your hotel in Cairo, where our services will be ended.
