Let us guide you to the most spectacular overlooks at the Grand Canyon on this private day tour. You will learn about the history, flora, fauna, geology and folklore. Enjoy views of the Painted Desert and the Little Colorado River Gorge on our way to historic Cameron Trading post after leaving the park. Entry fees for the park and lunch at the historic El Tovar lodge are included. Duration of this tour from Sedona is approximately 9-10 hours, from Flagstaff approximately 8-9 hours.

Our day begins with your complimentary pick up in our luxury vehicle at your Hotel, B&B or Resort in Sedona or Flagstaff. On our way to the Grand Canyon enjoy the views of Oak Creek Canyon (Sedona guests only) along a road voted the prettiest in America by "USA Today", as well as the Ponderosa pine forest surrounding Flagstaff. View the San Francisco Peaks - a 12633-foot volcano and Arizona's highest mountain - as well as many other volcanoes of the San Francisco volcanic field. 

Once in the park we guide you to the most spectacular overlooks and allow time for an optional 0.7-mile stroll along the Canyon's rim. You will learn about flora, fauna, history, geology, the native tribes and the folklore of the Canyon. Lunch at the historic El Tovar lodge from 1905 as well as entry fees for the park are included in the tour price. 

After leaving the park we drive through a portion of the Painted Desert with stunning views of the Little Colorado River Gorge. A last stop on the tour is the historic Cameron Trading Post on the Navajo Nation, with an opportunity to sample authentic native american arts and crafts and shop for souvenirs..

We will supply water, Gatorade, power bars and chips throughout the day.
