Passenger & Luggage Regulations

The number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 13 in total (e.g. 7 passengers should take no more than 6 standard size luggage)

Standard luggage size is 24". Any luggage over 28" will be considered 2 pieces

Incheon International Airport Pick Up:

Please indicate your flight arrival time when booking

Pick up time and extra charges will be based on actual flight arrival time

A waiting time of up to 90 minutes is free of charge. However, if the driver has to wait for over 90 minutes after actual flight arrival time, a cash charge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver

The driver will wait a maximum of 150 minutes after flight arrival time before leaving the premises

Airport Terminal 1

Please meet the driver near Gate 12 (inside the hall) and the driver will be holding a your name

Airport Terminal 2

Please meet the driver near Gate 6 (inside the hall) and the driver will be holding a your name

Incheon International Airport Drop Off:

Please indicate your desired hotel pick up time under "Pick Up Time" when booking

We recommend that you schedule your pick up for at least 3 hours prior to departure

Be reminded to arrive at your waiting spot at least 5 minutes prior to the pick up

A waiting time of up to 30 minutes is free of charge

A cash charge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver for over 30 minutes of waiting time
