Private Pilates Class in Punta Cana

Enjoy a private 60-minute mat pilates class at the studio or your villa. Classes are suitable for all level practitioners and may be adapted to your particular needs.

All teachers are certified instructors and speak several languages, ask for yours. Yoga mats and props will be provided to facilitate your practice.

Instructors are happy to provide in-villa service at no extra charge (for hotels some conditions apply). Anyone from 13 to 99 can enjoy the mat pilates class - it's the instructor's pleasure to adapt the class to fit all needs in your group. The certified instructors will be happy to guide you through this experience in your preferred language, ask for yours. 

It is important to have your last complete meal at least two hours before the class. Remember to bring water, comfortable clothing and enjoy the magic experience of an aerial yoga class in a cozy environment. A great opportunity to stay in shape while away from home and improve your regular practice
