Private Santorini Wine Roads Tour with Tastings

Experience the magical world of the Santorini volcanic wines with this private 4-hour tour. Enjoy the beautiful scenery that Santorini has to offer from the comfort of a luxury vehicle along with your party of fellow wine buddies. Your guide will provide information as you visit three wineries and enjoy a light meal at the last one.

Your private wine tasting tour starts with hotel or designated meeting point pickup at 10am or 3:30pm.  Under the continual guidance of an expert guide/Sommelier, you will visit three family estate wineries, spending approximately 40 minutes at each. The wineries vary but the memorable experience doesn't.  Enjoy the beauty of Santorini while you will taste a total of 12-15 different types & styles of wines along with Cycladic cheese & local bites. At the last winery you visit, you will enjoy a light meal that might consist of santorinian salad, tomato fritters, and fava, a dish made of yellow split peas. 

Your Sommelier will provide you with all the knowledge and expertise you need, from grapes to the bottle and even explain the unique viticulture & the indigenous grape varietals. It will be a journey among the paths of the ancient vineyards, the simplicity of the traditional family wineries, and the modern wine making techniques. Feel free to take a few photos and purchase a bottle of wine directly from the winery to enjoy back home. On the way back to your hotel, view the agricultural area of the island. Drop off will be around 2:30pm or 7:30pm depending on option selected.
