Private Night Vintage Land Rover Desert Safari & Astronomy with Dubai transfers

Enjoy an exciting night safari and astronomy with dinner in the Dubai desert on this 5-hour private tour! As evening falls, travel from Dubai and head for Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve . Here, your private guide greets you in a private iconic 1950s Land Rover for your safari. With your guide at the wheel, drive into the desert to spot nocturnal animals as they emerge from their hideouts to frolic and forage under cover of darkness. Afterward, return to the camp for dinner and to relax under a canopy of stars listening to your expert astronomy guide.

Leave your centrally located Dubai hotel in the early evening in your private, air-conditioned vehicle. Then, zoom out of the city to your desert destination - a oasis site in the grounds of a private retreat owned by the local royal family.

After about an hour, arrive at the camp and swap your minivan for your private safari vehicle: a vintage 1950s Land Rover. Then, with your private guide at the wheel, head into the surrounding desert in search of nocturnal wildlife.

With your torches illuminating the way, roam the desert as your guide tells you about the animals that become active in the cool temperatures and cover of darkness. Drink in the deep silence and cool desert air, both refreshing contrasts to the heat and bustle of Dubai. Keep a close watch on the headlight beams and use the night-vision binoculars provided to detect movements and zoom in on any animals. Even daylight creatures often emerge in the evening to drink, feed and play - keep your eyes peeled!

After about 90 minutes on safari, head back to your camp for dinner and Astronomy. Sink into cushions and breathe in the fresh desert air. Perhaps puff on an aromatic shisha pipe as you chat about your nature safari or just gaze at the stars and wonder at the still of the desert night.

After relaxing outdoors, hop back into your private air-conditioned vehicle and return to Dubai, where your tour ends with a hotel drop-off.
