In the morning, your private guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Beijing at 8:30am. Your first destination will be the Temple of Heaven, it's a complex that was visited by the emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to heaven for good harvest. This is regarded as a Taoist temple.

Continue the tour by heading to the Badaling section of the Great Wall, it's the best preserved and most complete section. On the dragon-like winding wall, appreciate a breathtaking view of the beacon towers, strategic forts and charming natural scenery that surround the wall.
