Enjoy a drive to the village of Werfen, where you can visit the world's biggest ice caves and enjoy a breathtaking ride in the mountain and enjoy a walk to the ice caves of Werfen and the fascinating world of ice. 

In the afternoon we will visit the fortress of Werfen with it's fascinating 16th century fort and a nice falconry. Learn about this area, the trading route from north to the south and vice versa and some nice stories.

We will see the falconry and the have a guided tour through the inside of the fortress. See a medieval fortress and learn about old hunting methods

See the world's biggest Ice caves and learn about the fascination of Ice and mountains. Only open during May and October and there is quite some walking included (600 steps inside the cave + walking to the cave).
