The driver will meet the client outside of hotel entrance. Customers are required to be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and consider a flexibility of 20 minutes due to the varying conditions of traffic. The service includes 30 minutes of waiting time in the hotels.
If the client does not meet the driver upon arrival, he must call to the telephone number in Voucher immediately.
The agent will help the passenger to locate the driver.
If under any circumstance, the passenger leaves the meeting point without contacting this number,
he will be charged for the full cost of the transfer (not refundable).
