The transportr is based on 3 parts.

First our driver will meet you at the hotel, in uniform and asking at frotdesk for your name. After that we will drive through a complicated road for around 2 hours until we reach the small town of Rio Chiquito.Already in Rio Chiquito, we will take a boat that will help us cross Lake Arenal for 45 minutes.On the other side of the Arenal Lake, another driver will be waiting to take you to your new hotel.

It is important that if you wish to cross Lake Arenal, you must select the option that says: "Lake Crossing". Otherwise, you would be reserving regular transportation, which means that it will last a few more minutes, because the transportation will take place around the edge of Lake Arenal until you reach La Fortuna.
