Mexican law requires that tequila be produced only in Jalisco, and limited regions in a few other states. Here, tequila has an international place of origin designation, similar to Champagne in France. For the tastings, you'll try only tequilas made from 100 percent blue agave, cultivated in Jalisco which has ideal growing conditions for the agave plant. There are many different Tasting Experiences, each with a different level of experience and expertise in mind.
