Stop At: Punta Cana, Punta Cana, La Altagracia Province, Dominican Republic

You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the Punta Cana Ranch. Here, after a safety briefing, hop aboard your Club Car 4×4 buggy! Ride your two-seats automatic buggy down a network of park trails, following your guide through the tropical forest of Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park and Reserve, a protected 1,500-acre (600-hectare) park privately owned (the only one in Punta Cana) and maintained by the Punta Cana Ecological Foundation. The buggy ride is pretty rough and bumpy and can be very dusty or muddy so definitely wear sunglasses or something to cover your eyes and possibly a bandanna (you can buy one at the ranch for 5 dollars).

Stop At: Reserva Ecologica Ojos Indigenas, Ave. Abraham Lincoln No. 960, Punta Cana Dominican Republic

After around 30 minutes of riding you’ll get to the Ecological Reserve of Indigenous Eyes. Inside the reserve, after a nice walk, you will reach a wonderful lagoon. The lagoon is simply crystal clear blue-green water, although a bit cold, but you can’t go without getting in! The swim in the spring water lagoon is very refreshing specially after a dusty ride. Be ready to walk around five to seven minutes along leaf covered trails before getting there. Bringing a bottle of water is strongly recommended as well as swim suit, towel, sunglasses, bug spray, sunscreen, and camera. Signs along the way make it easy. It’s a great place to enjoy nature and if you’re with kids they will love it. You’ll have also the chance to discover more about the native flora and fauna from your guide or just relax in this magical setting before walking back through the reserve.

After finishing with the 4×4 adventure and got back to the ranch, it’s time to take the bus again and move to the exclusive Punta Cana Marina where we will get on board of a beautiful and spacious catamaran. The ride is only 5 min away and you gotta know that as soon as you reach the catamaran you will have unlimited alcohol until the end of the excursion! You will be sailing with a drink in your hand, the sea breeze in your hair and the warm tropical sun reflecting off your shades! Open bar includes rum, mamajuana and beer!! You are quite thirsty after the buggy ride!

You’ll cruise the coast until reaching a beautiful private beach, Playa Blanca. It’s now time for lunch at the Playa Blanca Restaurant, a casual luncheon on an idealistic Caribbean beach. Enjoy a several course meal under a ton of palm trees with white sands and the calmest water you have ever seen! The lunch is a family style Dominican meal and the food just keeps on coming. After lunch you’ll have plenty of time to swim and play, shaded by coconut palms. Wade into the crystal-clear water in this tropical paradise with your favorite drink on your hand.
