Itinerary
Day 1: Driving from Tirana to Permet & Rafting at Vjosa River, one of the least Wild Rivers of Europe
Stop At: Permet, Permet, Gjirokaster County
Leaving Tirana at 07:00 we will head toward the deep, unexplored south of Albania. The next destination would be the city of Permet. A small city beautifully located in-between mountains and caressed by one of the last Wild Rivers in Europe, Vjosa.

RAFTING IN VJOSA RIVER
This portion of the river offers excellent opportunities for rafting and other water sports. The Vjosa river valley is characterized by numerous natural features such as swirling streams, canyons, freshwater springs, islands, and curves that create magnificent meanders, singular panoramic landscapes, characteristic villages, etc. All of these unique attractions blend in harmony with each other and place tourists in direct contact with the untouched nature of the valley, its people, history, traditions and, without a doubt, the rich and varied cuisine of the area.

Day 2: Hiking around Permet
Stop At: Permet, Permet, Gjirokaster County
Hiking in South Albania! On the third day, we would have the chance to explore more about Permet, its local village through hiking. In an easy, loop hike of around 3 hours, we would explore the villages of Lipe and Leuse, unique for their stone architecture and Greek Orthodox Churches and Monasteries from the 14th century,
Return to Tirana in the afternoon.
