Itinerary
Together with my good friend Carol, who is finishing the sommelier school and owns the "Decanter, Wine & More", we will take our guests into a journey to discover wines and foods typical of our region. The tasting includes a selection of 3 wines coupled with several regional dishes. In particular, we will serve:
• Bruschetta with butter and salmon and "cuoppo" of fried anchovies (or calamari) with a glass of Greco di Tufo, an excellent white wine from Campania produced in various towns in the Avellino area.
• Bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and eggplant parmigiana accompanied by a rosé wine of Aglianico.
• First course of the day (pasta alla cacciatora, pasta and potatoes or pasta and zucchini) served together with a glass of red Aglianico.
* N.B. The dishes will be accompanied by local bread.
