Within our Rome Gourmet food tour, you will have the opportunity to taste some of the following dishes, directly from the tradition (according to seasonal restaurant’s availability):):



Hand-made biscuits: crunchy biscuits, with simple ingredients and an unforgettable taste! We will taste them in a old cookie's factory from 1920.

Artisanal cheeses: tasty local cheeses that change according to season and producers’ choices, made with raw milk and prepared according to natural techniques. All of this and much more accompanied by registered wines and selected according to local excellence.

White pizza: unique of its kind, it is a delicacy that can be found only in Rome! The capital’s masterpiece of street food, its apparently simple dough is impossible to replicate if the recipe is not known. Typically tasted warm in the late morning.

Porchetta: pork meat, baked in the oven it usually served along with the white pizza. It is spicy and perfect if served warm.

Suppli': rice ball with meat sauce or other typical garnishment such as cheese and black papper. They feature a cruncy crust and are deep fried: this is a must try!

Pasta alla carbonara: intense flavour, typical from Rome and prepared with Italian becon, pecorino cheese and black pepper. Hint: international carbonara is different from the traditional italian one! We will taste it on one of the most important and local "Trattoria" in Rome and we will learn how to make it with the chef! We will also play the "Eggs game" with tastings of different preparations.

Artisanal gelato: one of the best in town prepared with natural ingredients and presented in innovative and stunning flavours. The best way of ending an actual Italian meal!
