1.- We receive the informartion and confirm online the flights with oficial page of the airlines and with you the information of the hotel and details one day before to guaranteed hat there isn´t changes on yout itinerary

2.- The day of the service We pick you up at the airport holding a sign with your name if there is a delay with your fligh number your service is guaranteed because We monitor the flight if there is a change of flight please notify us .

3.- We pick you up at airport and drop off in a hotel , particular house or apartment in Playa del Carmen (Airbnb included)

4.- For the come back to airport we suggest you the time of pick up by email, whatsapp, call or text mesege you can confirm that time or change depending the situation . We consider be at airport 2 hours before departuring for national flights and 3 hours for international flights

5.- Dependig the time of pick up you want . We pick you up at the lobby of the hotel or particular house to Airport
