Sacramento Brew Bike Bar Tour

Jump on the Sacramento Brew Bike, a 15 passenger beer bike that conducts exciting 2-hour tours of Downtown Sacramento's bar scene. Help pedal this large Brew Bike through the streets of Midtown or sit back and relax as your guide takes you on a tour of 2-3 of Sacramento's best bars. Each stop is approximately 20-30 minutes, where groups are able to grab a delicious beer, cocktails, or beverage of their choice, and then get back on the Brew Bike and pedal off to the next stop. This rolling pedal-party is the perfect way to explore the city while grabbing drinks along the way. Tour includes your seat(s) on the bike, a designated tour guide/driver to get you around safely, and a wrist band for select drink discounts at the bars we will visit. No food or drinks are included in the price.

Our beer bar specializes in local craft beer, wine, and hard cider. The Sac Brew Bike bar is our meeting point for our 2-hour bar tours of Downtown Sacramento. Make sure to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour and have a pint of beer to properly "warm up" before you jump on our 15 seat beer bike and cruise the streets to Sacramento with us!

One of Midtown’s newest beer bars to the scene, Federalist has become known for Beer, Bocce, and Pizza. They have an open aired concept, and like Der Biergarten, are also made from shipping containers which is pretty cool. Not a full bar, so not for you if you’re looking for cocktails. They have 12 beers on draft, 6 of which are locals and 6 regional. Also, their Sangria is refreshing on a hot day, and the lemonade or kombucha is a great non-alcoholic option for anyone not drinking. Bocce ball on the side of the bar is a nice touch!

Sacramento’s first bar made from shipping containers! Staying true to authentic German Beer Gardens, all outdoors with long tables made for drinking with friends. Nice line up of 32 beers on draft and the selection is largely German, but a few local breweries typically represented. Standouts: Weihenstephaner Vitus for beer and Pretzels with specialty mustard and cheese dipping sauce!

A beautiful bar, with stained glass throughout this old Victorian house. It boasts a full bar, as well as a great draft beer list that guests can read through on the chalk board. You can order at the bar and bring your drink upstairs and sit on the second story balcony. The fries are always a quick tasty fix, but the grilled cheese sandwich is delicious if hankering for something more. Ready to drink and feeling lucky? Ask the bartender about “Beer roulette!” Only $3 for a can of beer that’s just blindly picked out of the ice bin.

Excellent BBQ and arguably the best in town! Always rotating in local draft beer and a full bar. Bites to try: Dirty Tots- shredded smoked brisket, melted cheese, over tater tots. A great dish to share with fellow Brew Bike riders. Unusual drink for hot summer days: Frozen Shandy. Hamms beer (obviously not a craft beer!) with a frozen Leinenkugel Popsicle dropped into the beer! Summer in a glass!

R & R starts here. Nestled among the tree-lined streets of Sacramento’s Boulevard Park, At Ease Brewing Company (AEBC) offers a welcoming, unique, and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a wide range of styles of delicious and refreshing craft beer.

Owner and brewer of AEBC, Mike Conrad, a Sacramentan and retired US Army Colonel, was driven to turn his award-winning home brewing hobby into a full-time operation. Mike completed the Master Brewer’s program at UC Davis and shortly after in May of 2019, opened the doors to this family owned-and-operated craft brewery. All beers offered are brewed on-site in the sparkling stainless-steel equipment proudly displayed at the front of the space.
