We will visit one of the best farm who produce capers in this beautiful island. Whean we arrive there the first part of the experience wiill be in the land for visit and understand the capers plants and learn about the different processing periods of the flowers and the fruits. We will be in a panoramic point of view. If possible the guests can take capers and caperberry from the plants! After this after this we will return to the company to learn about the various processing phases of the harvested product. therefore also conservation. They can tuch with the hands the capers.
