On our 3-hour walking food tour through the “caruggi” – the characteristic narrow streets of the Medieval village - you’ll get to taste what makes Ligurian cuisine so special and unique and you’ll visit the fruit and vegetable market, an outburst of colours and flavours, with stalls overflowing with every kind of food ... This is not the larger organized food distribution: this is Mediterranean fantasy! All this is within walking distance … and the street food is to die for!!!
Through countless food and wine tastings, you’ll sample the local focaccia, sardenaira, torta di verdura, focaccia with cheese, Bacio di Sanremo, and 2 local DOC wines. Try real Italian gelato – we promise you’ll never look at frozen treats the same way again! You will meet the families that have been serving up the foodie treasures locals have savored for generations.
