Scuba Diving in Tulamben

Tulamben is one of the most famous dive sites for certified divers fascinated about wreck diving. Here we can see the USAT Liberty shipwreck as well as other artificial dive sites in hot waters of approximately 29 degrees all year round.

Since WWII when the Japanese sunk the USAT Liberty shipwreck in Tulamben, scuba divers around the world fascinated about wreck diving have visited constantly.

Tulamben is situated on the east coast of Bali, approximately 2 hours away by car from the south of the island. A long trip for some but a beautiful one nonetheless as we are driving up the mountain with majestic views from the top inside the rice fields, jungle and on the east coast beaches.

Aside from the shipwreck Tulamben also has several artificial dive sites like Coral Garden with the Buddha statues underwater or Kubu.
