Our recipes vary according to the season and we utilize only the freshest ingredients available in the market to create the unique Tuscan flavours the region is renowned for. Class numbers are intimate allowing time for interactions with the chef to learn tricks of the trade or for any questions you may have. The best part is perhaps the conclusion, where you indulge in your creations, accompanied by Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil produced right here on the estate. You’ll be taking home a slice of Tuscan culinary history to share with family and friends!
Itinerary:
9:30am - Meet our driver at our central meeting point in Florence and begin your short 20 minute drive to the Villa Pandolfini, where you will meet your chef and begin your one day class.
10:00am - Begins with highlighting the history of Tuscan cooking and presenting the day’s menu, your cook books and signature Good Tastes of Tuscany apron over a freshly brewed coffee. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves for hands-on preparation of a glorious meal in one of our two authentic Tuscan kitchens.
2:00pm - Enjoy the fruits of your labor. Dine on the epic feast you’ve just created, complemented by the estate’s own Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil.
3:00pm - Return to Florence or your next destination with a full stomach, a Tuscan recipe book, signature Good Tastes of Tuscany apron and memories to share with your family and friends.
