From airport to hotel
* The driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrival exit or hotel lobby with your name tag. Waiting time is 2 hours from the actual arrival time. Pickup name, flight number and drop off address must be provided.

Airport at the hotel
* The driver will pick up your name tag and wait in the hotel lobby.The pick up time is 3.5 hours before international flights and 2.5 hours before domestic flights.You will need to provide the pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address.

* Tip not included.
* Unless otherwise specified, waiting time is 2 hours from actual arrival. After this time the vehicle will be canceled.
* Large baggage service is not included
* If your flight is delayed, we will first check your flight information and adjust your pick up time.We can only check the flight information printed on this voucher.
* If you are unable to find a driver for any reason, it is your responsibility to call for help at the phone number shown on your voucher before making another arrangement.
* You must modify your booking immediately if the pick up / drop off information changes
* Unless otherwise specified, only one medium size baggage may be transported per person. Small baggage must be small enough to be placed on the knees. If your baggage exceeds your vehicle space, it is your responsibility to pay the taxi fare to carry your baggage.
