Back at the restaurant the Chef will explain the recipes in program during a coffee break. The preparation and the cooking of the food will then start. The hand-made pasta represents the highlight of the activity. Once the dishes are prepared, everybody is invited to the table for the typical festivity lunch with the tasting of local wines described by the wine steward. At the end of the activity, each participant will receive a certificate and an autographed apron as a souvenir of this special day.

• Hand-made maccheroni with tomato sauce - Macheroni are freshly hand made by the customers.
Sauce is prepared with fresh tomatoes.
• Fish "alla ghiotta" style - Fish is cooked with tomatoes, garlic and parsley and evenntually capers and olives.
