Itinerary

Enjoy a small & personal 1 hour yoga class while watching the sun rise over Koh Lipe. The class is a mixed levels vinyasa flow & suitable for all levels of practice.
The class begins with several rounds of sun salutations to get you warmed up before we begin a series of standing postures, balancing postures & seated postures. Finishing off with a short meditation & deep relaxation. Modifications are offered for any beginners. Start your day the right way!
