This is a unique gourmet experience that blends together authentic gourmet Mexican cuisine and award-winning wine with a very beautiful and comfortable environment. The chef is amazing and you will be in an environment to interact with her. The food is amazing, especially when paired with some of the best wine produced locally. The homemade churros that you will have for the last course are exceptional and the best in San Miguel. The venue also has this very interesting and by invitation only "Speakeasy" type bar where I will take you after your meal to have a free drink. Truly an amazing and unique experience that you must try if you appreciate good food and wine.

This experience is authentic Mexican, a gourmets’ delight and wine lovers dream. It will take place in one of my favorite restaurants where you will dine on contemporary Mexican food in a beautifully decorated and elegant space that will make you feel warm and comfortable. As each dish is brought to you, I will explain what the dish is and how it was prepared. Each course will be paired with a delicious and internationally award-winning wine produced locally and specifically selected to give you the ultimate gastronomic experience. San Miguel de Allende is famous for their Churros and you will be dining on the best homemade churros in tdown. They will be served with a Mexican caramel sauce “Cajeta” the best in Mexico as well as with a chocolate sauce made with pure Cacao. The perfect complement to an amazing meal and a wonderful experience.

• Chef's Choice - We will start with an appetizer which will be the chef's choice and unique for each experience
• Cheese Table - The second dish is a delicious table of different Mexican cheeses served with a perfectly accomplished seasonal fruit compote and nuts.
• Tostada Sinaloense - The third dish is an amazing "Tostada Sinaloense", with smoked Marlin resting in one of the best marinades I've ever tried.
• Beet Carpaccio - The fourth dish is a roasted beet carpaccio bursting with flavor that envelopes your palate.
• Short Rib - The fifth dish is a premium short rib exceptionally tender that will melt in your mouth.
• Homemade Churros - The last dish is the famous homemade churros, a truly unique version of the traditional Mexican dessert.
