Small-Group Cooking Lesson in Rome

Here are the products to lord it: the Cori artichoke, the Romanesco broccoli, the puntarelle, the Trevignano tomato, but also the cheeses like the mythical Caciofiore of Columella, the marzolina, passing through the olives of Gaeta, the truffles of Campoli Apennines, honey, beef and pork and a fresh milk dispenser.
