Your guide will lead you through the historic city, starting with the French Quarter, and provide insight about the city's rich history - including tales of heroic sieges, a devastating natural disaster, and two major rebellions. As you continue on your tour, you will hear stories about buildings over 300 years old that are still standing today. During your time, you will also make your way past grand mansions south of Broad Street. You are encouraged to suggest topics of interest prior to the tour as well as actively ask questions during your stroll. With your questions and suggestions, each tour will be tailored to participants which offers a unique experience of this historic city. Your tour will conclude after approximately 2 hours at Charleston's High Battery, offering a scenic view of the Charleston Harbor to complement the sights you've seen.
