During this 4 hour culinary experience you will discover, step by step, how to make a satisfying Italian meal ranging from appetizers to dessert - including the art of making fresh pasta. Learn the secrets of Tuscan cooking as you prepare fresh pasta dough and shape varieties such as ravioli, tagliatelle, or gnocchi in this fun, hands-on cooking adventure. After you prepare your pasta, the chef will help you make tempting sauces, such as a fresh basil pesto with tomato, a basil ragout of wild mushrooms, a sweet onion meat sauce or a duck ragout.
Recipes vary according to the season and we utilize only the freshest ingredients available in the market, giving an authentic Tuscan experience.

Itinerary:
9:30am - Meet our driver at our central meeting point in Florence and begin your short 20 minute drive to the Villa Pandolfini, where you will meet your chef and begin your one day class.
10:00am – Begins with highlighting the history of Tuscan cooking and presenting the day’s menu over a freshly brewed coffee. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves for hands-on preparation of a glorious meal in one of our two authentic Tuscan kitchens.
1:00pm - Enjoy the fruits of your labor. Indulge on the epic feast you’ve created complemented by the estate’s own Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil.
2:00pm - Return to Florence or your next destination with a full stomach, a Tuscan recipe book and memories to share with your family and friends
