Monkey beach is a simply stunning 150 meters long strip of white powdered sand fringed by emerald water. The backside of the beach is a rather steep limestone cliff , cover with lush vegetation that offers monkeys a comfortable habitat , which is where it gets the name from. It’s also good snorkeling point nearby and photography, but beware of the monkeys and do not go to close to them.
Head over to Bamboo Island where you will enjoy a rich Thai buffet with Thai Massaman Chicken, Deep Fried Chicken, Stir Fried Chicken, steamed rice, fresh fruits, and soft drinks. After lunch you can explore the tiny island of Bamboo which is nothing like its big sisters. Here, there lies no high rocky peak, only a small beach of white sand that emerges from the turquoise waters. Before heading back to Koh Lanta, you will have time to visit the main island called Koh Phi Phi Don. This little piece of paradise is composed of two rocky ends connected by a thin strip of sand. On each side are the turquoise and emerald coves, Loh Dalam Bay and Ton Sai Bay.
