South Coast, Reynisfjara Beach & Waterfalls Small-Group Day Trip from Reykjavik

The South Shore Adventure From Reykjavík tour will take you on a 10-hour tour in a small group setting, along the south coast of Iceland. Let the magnificent landscape of the beautiful south shore take your breath away. Here waterfalls, black sand beaches and other popular sites run the show.

Your south shore adventure will start with a morning pick up from authorized pick up points in Reykjavík. From there we will head towards the east, over Hellisheidi lava plateau and through the southern lowland to Solheimajokull Glacier. 

With our eyes set on the famous black sand beach we move further along the south coast until we hit Reynisfjara beach where the powerful Atlantic ocean fiercely hits the shore. Here you will get some fantastic photo opportunities so don't forget your camera! After exploring the beautiful scenery and surroundings of the black sand beach we will head towards Vik town.

Vik is the most southern town in Iceland. Here we will stop by the historical church as well as making a visit to Vikurprjon wool factory. After exploring all that Vik has to offer we will start to make our way back to Reykjavik, stopping by Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss waterfalls. 

Your guide will make sure that you have enough time to explore and enjoy each site on this 10 hour tour along the south shore. It is recommended that you bring a packed lunch with you. Your tour concludes with a drop off back to Reykjavik.
