Half Day Island Kayaking and Snorkeling Tour

The tour includes instruction for kayaking and snorkelling. Kayak to Wavebreak Island and keep a look out for dolphins on the calm waters of the Broadwater. Visit secluded islands, enjoy a light continental breakfast on the beach and go snorkeling with tropical fish off the beach Island. Stop At: Australian Kayaking Adventures, River Drive, Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Queensland 4217 Australia

Be picked up from your Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach Resort, or meet at the Harley park boat Ramp, Marine Parade Labrador if you have your own transport. Then after safety instructions launch your kayak into the beautiful Broadwater, warm and calm all year-round.

While paddling across to Wavebreak Island, look out for dolphins, turtles, colourful tropical fish and stingrays swimming nearby. Pelicans and sea eagles fly through the air, and if you’re kayaking between May and November you might even see migrating whales!

The kayak tour takes you to two secluded islands, and includes a delicious light continental breakfast on the beach. Snorkel in the water off Wavebreak Island, and use the snorkel gear provided to swim with tropical fish.

Stroll the fantastic surfing beach on South Stradbroke Island, and see if you can spot the island’s golden wallaby, found nowhere else in Australia.
