Sukamade Turtle Land Beach (2D1N)

Be ready adventure! Explore Meru Betiri National Park to see wild life of sea turtle at night. The iconic turtle for this place is gigantic green turtle. it suitable place for you if you love hide away from crowd, stay inside national park hostel would be great experience. Hunt the turtle that come ashore to lay their egg with the national park ranger and see the hatchery of green turtle on the spot location. The hunting turtle come ashore begins at 19:00 p.m. all the participants go to the sea and leaded by national park ranger. Early morning joining program releasing turtle babies back to the see. Witness these creatures following their instinct to the sea. Wait for the wave grab them and gone.

Itinerary

Day 1: Hotel - Sukamade

Stop At: Sukamade Beach, Sarongan Village Meru Betiri National Park, Pesanggaran, Banyuwangi 68488 Indonesia
Joining the night tour to look closer of the sea turtle come ashore laying their eggs under sea sand. Enjoying the tropic nature at night and the sounds of night creatures in the middle of the National Park.

Along the trip, the traveler are able to stop by at the local palm sugar and rubber factory to see the process of how to make a traditional palm sugar and rubber.
Duration: 20 hours

• Lunch: Enjoy the local cuisine with full contain of vegetables and others local menu.
• Dinner: Local menu is available when traveler enjoy the dinner in the Homestay restaurant e.g Soup, Fried Chicken, Fried Rice
Accommodation included: Overnight at Sukamade Homestay or Wisma Kebun.

Day 2: Sukamade - Hotel/Harbour/Airport

Stop At: Sukamade Beach, Sarongan Village Meru Betiri National Park, Pesanggaran, Banyuwangi 68488 Indonesia
Early morning at 06.00 all traveler are able to join releasing turtle babies program to the sea. Watching the cute creature back and grabbed by the wave for their new hope survival of living.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Rajegwesi Beach, Desa Sarongan Taman Nasional Meru Betiri, Pesanggaran, Banyuwangi Indonesia
Traveler are able to stop by at Rajegwesi Beach to see the beautiful view and the traditional fish boat, or even joining the local activity to prepare their traditional fishing boat
