Sunset Experience

Starting from the center of Catania you will meet our guide, that will pick you up on our vehicle, to reach the

volcano. During the the trekking you will be able to admire the summit craters standing in the distance. The program includes a trekking at 2000 mt around an extinct crater and a visit in a volcanic cave and a snack during the sunset.

The guide will lead you where nature remains uncontaminated to admire different kind of plants and animals.

Deserts of lava and ashes, peculiar lava formations, traces of the most impressive eruptions: this is the unique landscape you'll discover in the Southeast side of the volcano.

During the excursions you will reach a maximum altitude of 2000 meters (area of expertise of our guides).

You will reach through a soft trek, a lookout point into the Bove Valley (around 2000 m) with an astonishing view on the central crater, you'll have a unique experience.

You will explore a volcanic cave: we will provide the necessary equipment (helmets and torches).

You will stop for a snack made of Sicilian street food “Tavola Calda”, tasting some excellent Etna wine, waiting for the amazing sunset.

The journey can endure little variations concerning to the needs of the group and/or weather conditions.
