Explore and be amazed by the spectacular sights on this adventure combo tour from Reykjavik. Get picked up from a central Reykjavik at 1pm in the afternoon for the drive along the popular Golden Circle route. First, visit the Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for the Althingi, the site of Iceland's parliament from the 10th to 18th century. Thingvellir is located in a rift valley caused by the separation of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Accompanied by your guide, explore all that the park has to offer before jumping back on the minibus and continuing to Geysir Hot Spring area. The highly active area of Geysir is a site where you will get to experience spouting water up to 40m high.

After enjoying the magical site of Geysir, head towards the magnificent Gullfoss Waterfall for some great photo opportunities. Gullfoss is one of Iceland's most powerful waterfalls. After exploring the Golden Circle you will be dropped off at your original pickup location. You will have free time to get some dinner, and then we will pick you up again* from your original pickup point for the northern lights tour.
