We will cross the Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge that is one of Lisbon’s most notable landmarks as it spans the 

River Tagus at the narrowest point. This massive bridge closely resembles that of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco and the date name remembers the Portuguese Carnation Revolution of 25 April 1974. The bridge is a distinctive landmark of Lisbon and crossing the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge makes for a fantastic entrance to Lisbon.

Arriving Setúbal you’ll board a fully restored salt galleon, or a modern catamaran (depending on weather and sea conditions), for a relaxing and enjoyable cruise in the Sado Estuary, where you’ll learn about the resident bottlenose dolphins and hopefully be able to observe wild dolphins in their natural environment.

The duration of the cruise takes about 2 to 3 hours.  That is now time to Lunch at a Beach House Restaurant for a Sea Food or Grill Fish delicious meal (included in the price). 

Birds watching lovers could observe in just one day a variety of species and see some of the best-preserved 

dinosaur footprints of Portugal are located on the jagged cliffs of the

Cabo Espichel coastline. Along this exposed and weathered coastline are two different sets of 

tracks; one from the Late Jurassic (called the Pedra da Mua) and one from the Cretaceous period (the Jazidas de Lagosteiros).

After you’ll see the Arrábida Convent and discover some important historical sites before returning to Lisbon and arrive at 5 PM.
