We will drive through the wineyards of Champagne where I will explain you the work to make this so wellknown drink : the Champagne.
My friend winemaker will welcome us at his place and we will visit his family exploitation. He will explain you his daily work and show you the different steps of production of champagne : from the press to the cellar going through the tanks room where the juices are stock waiting for the bottleling.
We will save a lot of time for the tasting which is the most important. During the tasting you will 3 different champagnes and we will explain you the different types of champagne.

We will go to a cellar of one my friends in a Champagne village to visit and taste. It's an all informative tour about the way of making Champagne visiting the press centre, the vinification centre and the cellars too. Ending by a tasting of the Champagnes of my friend. Minimum 3 glasses of different Champagne.
