Your fully guided 1 hour tour will take you on and interactive, educations and tasty journey of the Queensland Sugar industry from Paddock to Plate. Meet the Distiller and get to taste the award winning rums, liqueurs and range of gourmet range of Chefs Gusto sauces, chutney and relishes. all topped off with the world's best fairy floss and ginger beer.

Your Guided Tour takes around 1 hour and includes a movie in the theater, a tour of the cane plantation and outdoor display area, then indoors to see the miniature mill in action. A touch of history, a little about farming innovation and a demonstration of the magical way that sugar is made, all topped off with a tasting treat – fairy floss for the kiddies, a taste of our home made chef’s gusto sauces and a nip of liqueur, schnapps, vodka or ginger beer for the adults.
