The experience includes a detailed introduction to the world of extra virgin olive oil from our territory, from olive harvesting techniques, to the types of trees available in Puglia up to the approach of local olive growers.
Then different types of locally produced extra virgin olive oil will be served, and with the panel test technique, which employs the sense of smell, sight and taste, you will learn to recognize the qualities and defects of the gold of Puglia.
Olive oil tasting is accompanied by some local specialties based on olive oil, such as focaccia, taralli, etc.
