 The cooking class at Phuket Thai Cooking by VJ has a cozy and friendly style environment.

You are not only watching, but participating in the cooking of traditional Thai dishes.

We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market)

Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (morning sessions) to learn about local exotic fruits and vegetables. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

Chef VJ is very fluent in English so you will have no problem understanding step by step instructions. Not only that, she would be able to give much more information and answer all your doubts you might have regarding ingredients or any other questions you have about thai cooking.

Most importantly, we will also tell you the replacement of the important ingredients that you could use at home if that ingredient is not available.

Cooking is done in a clean kitchen.

Everyone has his or her own cooking station.
