The Bears Sanctuary and the Dracula's Castle, Private Tour

This is a private tour from Bucharest to the Libearty Bear Sanctuary, the biggest brown bear sanctuary from Europe with the largest surface in the world. Here more than 100 bears found a nice home in this 5 stars welfare facility.

We will pick you up from your hotel în the morning and drive three hours to the Sanctuary. We enter to see the bears accompanied by a local guide at 11 o'clock.

The tour lasts an hour then we drive 30 minutes to the Dracula's Castle in Bran. This place is surrounded by an aura of mystery and legends.
The Castle owes its fame to its imposing towers and turrets as well as to the myth created around Bram Stocker's Dracula.
Our guide will accompany you to the castle and tell you the secrets and legends of Count Dracula.

At the end we will return to Bucharest.

Here you can see happy bears in their natural environment, after a bad life in circuses and zoo cages.
The tours are guided by trained animal welfare experts and the visitors can see brown bears really close.

Bram Stoker the Irish author at Dracula book relied on research and his vivid imagination to create the dark and intimidating stomping ground of Count Dracula, leading to persistent myths that it was once the home of Vlad Tepes, ruler of Walachia. While the association with Dracula is sketchy at best, the castle continues to hold a strong attraction for all fans of the Count.
