Itinerary

Day 1: Bishkek - Burana Tower - Son Kol

Stop At: Bishkek, Bishkek
In the morning after pickup from a hotel you will start your breathtaking journey to Son Kol. The road will take us around 4 hours so the picturesque views are ensured.
Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Burana Tower, Don-Aryk, Tokmok 722201 Kyrgyzstan
On the way, stop in Tokmok town (80km) to have a glance at the famous Burana Tower. This ancient minaret was built in the 11th century to serve as the watching tower and is therefore quite worth your visit. Here we’ll spend around 30 minutes enjoying a superb view from the top of the tower and visiting the archaeology museum. Resuming the road. Lunch on the way.

When you get to Son Kol lake you will have some beautiful time to explore the sumptuous landscapes and to take some wonderful pictures. Dinner. Overnight in a yurt (traditional Kyrgyz dwelling).

Day 2: Son Kol - Kochkor - Bishkek

Stop At: Song Kol Lake, Song Kol lake pionerskaya 20, Kochkor, Naryn 722600 Kyrgyzstan
In the morning after breakfast we’ll start exploring Son Kol a bit deeper. A nice horseback ride and a relaxing stroll along the charming shore will make your day! After several hours of the perfect meditation we’ll start our return back to Bishkek. When we have descended down the serpentine mountain pass we’ll head to Kochkor town in the Naryn region. Lunch. Resuming the road to the capital city.

Upon arrival in Bishkek we invite you to a lovely city tour. The guide will show you the best sightseeings and will get you dived into the fascinating lifestyle of our city.

Stop At: Victory Square, Bishkek Kyrgyzstan
The first place to visit will be the Victory Square: The square is dedicated to the Second World War with the relevant monuments and eternal fire. The guide will tell you a brief history of the War and how it affected Kyrgyzstan.

Stop At: Kyrgyz National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Abdylas Maldybayev, Abdrakhmanova St., 167, Bishkek 720000 Kyrgyzstan
Kyrgyz National Opera and Ballet theatre - the old and beautiful building that showcases the charming Soviet architecture. From here you will make your way to the Oak park to learn more about some other monuments and to have a glance at the fancy Art gallery.

Stop At: Ala-Too Square, Bishkek Kyrgyzstan
The main square of the city where the biggest flagpole with the sentinels are located. Have a walk around the place and see the historical museum, Manas hero monument and the White House.
Explore the charming “Erkindik” or “Freedom” boulevard and the old railway station which is a good example of the Soviet architecture of the early 20th century.

Another beautiful place to capture a fascinating style of the Mayor’s office, International University and the Philharmony itself.

Stop At: Osh Bazaar, Bishkek Kyrgyzstan
The legendary open air market where you will dive into the culture of the traditional shopping of Kyrgyz people. A perfect place for acquiring souvenirs, dried fruits, national delicacies and much more. Farewell dinner. Drop off at your hotel. This is the end of our tour, thank you very much!
