We work with the ingredients occupying comal and metate, we practice the appropriate techniques for each instrument and ingredient.
Once the mole paste is prepared, it takes a bit to prepare the mole and taste it, presenting it traditionally on the plate.
The rest of the prepared pasta will be for you, so you can take it home and share with your friends the taste of one of Oaxaca's moles.
It is important to mention that if they decide to use the blender, the activity will be faster than if they decide to use the metate.
