Three Day Golden Triangle Tour to Agra and Jaipur from New Delhi

This three-day private, guided  tour will visit the cities of Agra and Jaipur and also include a stop at Fatehpur Sikri, that great Mughal capital city that was not to be but impresses today with its monuments. Sightseeing in Agra and Jaipur and along the way is included. Your car is private and air conditioned. The tour departs from and returns to New Delhi.

Day 1 – Delhi to Agra

You will be picked up from your hotel within the Delhi city center. The Agra Express Way takes you to Agra, a drive of about four hours.

Upon arrival check into your hotel. In the afternoon leave for a half day sightseeing tour of Agra with visits to Agra Fort followed by a visit to the Taj Mahal and Idmaud- Daulah. Overnight stay hotel Agra (Taj Mahal is closed every Friday).

Day 2 - Agra via  Fatehpur Sikri to Jaipur

After breakfast drive to Jaipur, a journey taking about five hours.. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is a deserted city built by Emperor Akbar to commemorate the birth of his son. The audience halls, palaces and mosques are still in a state of perfection. Upon arrival at Jaipur, check into hotel. Overnight stay in Jaipur. (B)

Day 3 - Amber Fort Excursion & Jaipur Sightseeing / Delhi Drive & Drop

After breakfast, visit the mountain fortress of Amber where you will be ascending the fort by jeep. Amber is a superb example of Rajput architecture with its complex of palaces, temples and ornate apartments. Later, visit Hawa Mahal, City Palace and the ancient observatory of Jaipur City. Then bid farewell to the pink city before being driven to New Delhi and transferred to your Hotel. (B)
