Did you ever wonder how olives are picked in order to become extra virgin olive oil?
Come and find out by working with us for a few hours.
We will start at the olive mill, in the heart of our land, where you will see how we produce a first cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. After analyzing what extra virgin olive oil really means, you will learn how to taste it, and how to recognize its extra virginity.
Then you will set off to work in one of our olive groves.
For a couple of hours, prepare to pick as many olives as you can!
We will give you the needed tools and knowledge, but please come prepared in comfortable clothes and shoes.
Finally, we will share (while respecting social distancing) a nice meal in the groves.
