In this experience I will explain how to make bruschetta with tomatoes and bruschetta with fagiolina of Trasimeno beans seasoned with extravirgin olive oil produced in the agriturismo.
We will prepare one kind of pasta hand made: gnocchi , pici or tagliatelle. Under my guide we will prepare the pasta and the best condiments.
Then we will prepare the tipical Umbrian "Torta al testo" with cold cuts and cheese. Finally we will prepare the dessert : Cantucci typical middle Italy cookie
You will then have dinner with all the foods you have prepared during the cooking class.
